I was at the Asian grocery store today and a woman approached me (looking a wee bit distressed) while holding a frozen bag of gyoza.

She asked me to help her pick out a dipping sauce because there were so many options. I don’t know why but I felt so happy explaining all the different types of dippings and which she would go for. I also felt super honoured - maybe I looked like a condiment expert 💪🏻

Anyways we had a lovely conversation about soy sauces - which is a fav topic for me for sure :D
