Hello and welcome to my channel! Here, I discuss all things health and wellness. My health journey began when I was a clinically obese 9 year old, who desperately wanted to fit in with the other kids. I went to a weight loss camp at 9 years old, which sparked my early fascination with health and wellness. I struggled with yo-yo dieting and obsessing over food for YEARS until I finally let all that go and trusted in the process of making healthy a lifestyle. Fast forward 18 years later, I have my degree in nutrition and I finally figured out how to eat well and love my body. I am proof that it is possible to achieve a body you love without dieting or obsessing over food!
