Are we going to see another conversation about disqualifying the lawyer for TFE Games?
The judge made it very clear during the PI hearing that TFEs attorney could not represent Intrepid Studios due to conflict of interest. It would be an "automatic disqualification." It appears that the same day, following this hearing, the lawyer for TFE placed a call identifying himself as "Sam Schwartz, Intrepid Studios" and was trying to get access to Intrepid's assets.
The more I dig the more weird this all gets.
