I am a real estate investor, broker, and business owner. I have flipped over 200 houses and show them all on this channel as well as rentals I buy and rehab along with tenant stories good and bad. I also own a car wash, 2 laundromats, 2 liquor stores, a minimart, and a real estate brokerage. I show everything I do, probably more than I should! I also have a member channel with more in-depth videos and information I don't want to go public. I also am a car fanatic and have a Diablo, Countach, Aston Martin V8, Supras, Porsche 928, Esprit, and others! My car channel is Marks House of Cars.

It is time to figure out a new layout for the liquor store. I included a very basic floorplan showing the structure there now but not the shelves. My basic plan is to remove the non drive thru counter and make the drive thru counter bigger and bring more product to the front of the store.
The tricky part is working with such a narrow long building. I also don't want to rebuild the entire place or move coolers.
