I help seriously injured accident victims fight for a BIG and fast settlement.

I'm serious injury attorney Justin Ziegler. I reveal game-changing tips that I've learned during my 20 year career getting huge money for people who were seriously injured or killed Florida (or on a cruise).

I also give new tips on how to quickly find a personal injury attorney you'll be glad you hired.

If you're thinking about hiring me for a serious injury (or death) that happened in Florida (or on a cruise), use the links on this page.

My office is in Coral Gables, Florida.

I also run a private Discord group with several successful personal injury lawyers who are Youtubers.

Quick question:

After your accident, did you ever stop going to the doctor even though the pain wasn’t fully gone?

This happens a lot with accident claims.

People go to the hospital or doctor… maybe have some follow-ups… then stop going, even though they still have occasional aches, soreness, or stiffness.

They assume the insurance adjuster will just believe them.

But if you don’t go back and tell your doctor, it usually never gets documented in your medical records.

And if it’s not documented, it can make it harder to show the ongoing effects of the injury.

Even occasional symptoms are worth following up with your doctor.

Be honest… did you stop treatment while you were still having symptoms?

Worried about hiring the wrong lawyer after an accident?

Here's what I usually tell people — because it's not always easy to know who to trust…

Here are some ideas — but like most things in life, there’s risk with all of them:

1. Google and Yelp reviews might help you spot who not to hire.

2. If you can, ask close friends or relatives for a recommendation. Just remember, their experience might’ve been a one-time thing, or they may not know what a truly good result looks like.

3. Trust your gut when you talk to a lawyer. If possible, do a video consult (like Zoom). Seeing the lawyer’s body language might help you figure out if they seem honest, confident, and sincere.

4. You can also watch this playlist of 3 of my videos with questions to ask before hiring an injury lawyer: youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAb1dFo\_Yx-NOiTTAJUcBx-lIO94EmSCS\&si=nwnpLiXJgaEu495b](youtube.com/playlist?list=PLA...

🚨 Progressive Didn’t Disclose Extra Policy — Settlement Thrown Out 🚨

Pedro Fundora was hit by a car and offered to settle—but only if Progressive confirmed there were no other insurance policies.

Progressive accepted the offer...

👉 Then disclosed another policy tied to the driver’s company.

📢 Even after that, the defendants moved to enforce the settlement—though Progressive had accepted the offer and was likely directing and funding the defense.

🧑‍⚖️ Florida’s appeals court ruled:

“Progressive failed to comply with an essential term.”
🔁 Settlement = VOID

🎯 Lesson:

Even when you request written disclosure** of all known insurance (like Fundora did), that doesn’t mean you’ll get the full picture.

Florida law (Statute 627.4137) is powerful—but only if you know how to use it.

Let’s settle this! 👀

You’ve sent the claims adjuster most of your medical records, proof of fault, and they know your medical bills. They offer you $15,000 to settle.

What do you think it will actually settle for?
