PANEER PASANDA DHAL PIE | Paneer Pasanda with a twist is out now on YouTube @TryToCookLikeMum Have you checked it out? Link: https://youtu.be/odqWyeuhA1o
Diwali (festival of light) this year is on Saturday 14th November, and with the current lockdown situation we are in, why not brighten up our celebrations by making this combination of rose & cardamom infused penda!
"Penda" or "Peda" is an Indian sweet, usually thick and semi soft. The main ingredients are milk, sugar and some sort of flavouring. The word peda means a "blob of dough".
Make these indulging treats into dainty gifts by wrapping them up in a cellophane bag tied with a pretty bow, ready to be gifted to family, friends or neighbour’s during Diwali.
