I love everything cute and cuddly and the colour pink, but I will gleefully hack my enemies to death in a battle scene. If you've been at any of my livestreams you've probably heard me talk about taking my PhD Qualifying Exams this semester. It's basically this semester-long process that ends with me taking a three hour oral exam where I have to answer questions from a panel of professors. Well I wanted to share with you all that today I passed the exam! 🎉 This means I officially go from being a PhD Student to a PhD Candidate! I still have a few more years until I am officially Doctor Roses, but this is a huge milestone in my degree and I wanted to share it with all of you 😊

In case you've been wondering where I've been the last few weeks... I visited Japan for the first time! 🌸
(Then of course I came home and I've been sick for the last week, but ignoring that...) It was such an incredible trip, I've never been anywhere like Japan it is a beautiful country! ✨️ I will definitely share a vlog of my trip someday but I wanted to start off with a few of the photos I took 😊 While I edit a Japan vlog, I also have some other adventure vlogs to share, so stay tuned!
Now that I'm back (and mostly better) I'll start streaming and posting videos again soon! I didn't get time to film Sons of Sparta before I left but I am planning to continue with that game! Along with RDR2 and Ghost of Yotei (I might switch GoY to a live game, but I am excited to visit Japan in the game now!) I'll also play Halo 3 very soon for anybody waiting for that!

I hope everyone has been having a wonderful start to 2026! ✨️ I'm sorry videos have been so slow, I ended up needing more of a vacation than I thought! I spent a lot of time over the holidays with my friends and family, and of course did a lot of skiing back in Canada! But now that I'm back to my regular schedule, videos will be back to normal 😊 I will be continuing with RDR2 and Ghost of Yotei, but I'll be adding in some short game playthroughs for fun too!

I hope everyone is having an amazing summer!! ☀ I'm sorry videos have been slow the last few weeks, I went on a roadtrip back home to Canada and I had all these grand plans to edit while I was there but I ended up just taking a much needed vacation and spending lots of time with my friends and family. But it did give me a great opportunity to practice with my new mirrorless camera 📷 I still have a lot to learn but I wanted to share some photos of my progress and adventures! HUGE shutout to the person who gifted the camera through my throne wishlist, I am eternally grateful and so excited to keep sharing photos and videos with it! I'm back in California now so I'll be catching up on comments and posting lots more videos soon, I can't wait to hang out with everyone! 💛

Hey guys! For those who watched the GTA 5 video that came out this morning, you might have noticed it was super short and ends very abruptly... I have no idea what happened with the upload, that video is supposed to be a lot longer! It definitely got cut off in the middle somehow. Unfortunately I am away this weekend so I'll have to wait until Monday to re-upload it 😞 I'll try to get another video up really quick after to make up for it. Sorry about that!

I'm sorry there weren't any new videos in the last week, but I was attending my best friend's wedding as her bridesmaid!! 💐🤍
I flew back home to Canada for the wedding and got back just in time to see the fall leaves too 🍂 This view required a 20km hike but it was absolutely worth it for the golden larches 🧡 Also this weekend was Canadian Thanksgiving so I got to spend it with my family 😊 Overall it was a super special weekend and I'm so glad I was able to take the time off for it!
Now that I'm in California again I'll get back to posting videos! The next episode of Astro Bot will be out tomorrow so make sure to check back then!
