99% meditators may be surprised to know we can experience all Ariya Jhanas, Arupas, Nirodha to experience Nibbana—the Unconditioned state—even today using Samatha Vipassana practice from Pali Suttas.
This Channel answers the 'Why?' and 'How?' in your meditation.
“There is, meditators, that realm wherein there is neither earth, nor water, nor fire, nor air;
neither the realm of infinity of space,
nor that of infinity of consciousness, nor that of nothingness,
nor that of neither–perception–nor–non-perception,
wherein is neither this world, nor a world beyond, nor moon, nor sun.
There, meditators, I declare is no coming, no going, no stopping, no passing away and no arising.
It is not established, it continues not, it has no object.
This indeed is the end of suffering.”
-The Buddha, Pátaligámiyavagga in Udana

The Path to Freedom of Mind
Dear friends,
How do you think if the Channel name is set to “ The Path to Freedom of Mind”
Reasons: simple and easy to understand, captures a lot of what we do i.e. to describe the end state and practice that leads there by understanding all necessary elements including suffering.

The Path to Freedom of Mind
We have now reached more than 20000 views. We have free audiobooks, 93 videos, insightful posts consisting of deep Dhamma talks, research into mindfulness all supported by the words of the historical Buddha.
The Buddha said vast majority of people are often enticed by flowery and pleasing words that often veil the truth of existence. Philosophies and practices by religious sects trying to achieve and be possessed of deep experiences, oneness etc can get us caught in suffering even longer.
Any practice that doesn’t include mindfulness and letting go is a trap, that is not the Buddha’s teachings.
May you realise the truth directly through mindfulness, Ariya Jhanas guided by the Dhamma 🙏🙏🙏

The Path to Freedom of Mind
An illustration of observation of mind (Sati) to see how the progress of Jhanas correctly lead to Nirodha in gradual steps. The Nirodha moments of disconnect with the universe to touch the emptiness contact and arising of phenomena are also shown. We can use science to present some of the Dhamma!

The Path to Freedom of Mind
We have just started a new playlist ‘Science and Mind’ connecting science and mind through refreshing videos featuring experimental and experiential insights to elucidate the dimension devoid of distractions from all phenomena. A potential long term project—hopefully it’ll be successful.
We have been endowed with a precious human existence. This is a once-in-million-lifetimes opportunity to invest in our future to secure our entry ticket into the dimension of deathless, birthless, cancerless, hungerless, anguishless, cravingless, thirstless, discomfortless. Believe it or not such a thing exists.
Can dedicating this human life to harnessing the potentials of science provide that assurance or we need to look elsewhere? We will examine this question very very closely.
We love to hear from you, your interactions, feedback to spread the existence of this information 🙏❤️😊🎉
