I’m Mike Crabtree, a self-taught mushroom farmer sharing the art and science of fungi cultivation with the world. My journey started in St. Louis, where I mastered my craft selling at Soulard Farmers Market and running a mushroom grow shop.

Driven by a passion to grow the absolute best mushrooms possible, I packed up and headed west. Today I run an active, remote farm operating over a mile high in the Rocky Mountains of Western Colorado. From this high-altitude homestead, I grow and sell premium mushrooms to my local community.
