About me:
I am a Mindfulness practitioner for over 10 years now. Traumatic experiences and clinical depression gave my soul a rebirth. Since then, I have studied psychology, comparative religion and philosophy at the University (including Buddhism, Eckhart Tolle's and Jiddhu Krishnamurti's philosophy), have been a professor at a reputed university in India, and went on to study further at Harvard University.

While at the peak of a socially perceived successful career, another life-changing incident shook me up and made me reassess my goals and priorities in life. Having initiated and allowed myself to heal, I am now committed to helping people like me heal, nurture a healthy ego, and flourish in life.

Mindful Soul

The world of today is crowded with ideas and 'schools of thought'. The ultimate destination is realizing 'there is nothing to achieve and nowhere to arrive'.
However, as long as we have our egos, let us wish love, joy and peace to one another. 🙏

All human conflicts arise from the ego's projected separation. Practically, we can learn to become aware of that separation and yet flow through it with inner peace. Just like an artist is not made overnight, the art of living comes from practice and showing up every moment consciously.

What are some practices you follow to override your ego? You know that you've overriden your ego, or making progress when you're no more offended, agitated, anxious, angry, irritated, afraid, sad etc.

What's your experience of healing your self? How do you do it/have you done it?

P.S: Healing belongs in the domain of our lower sheaths (egoic mind, body, emotions). It removes the blocks in those sheaths for energy to flow into higher sheaths (wisdom, bliss) leading to enlightenment.

How beautiful it is to realize that God is everywhere!
In you, in me, in all.

Mindful Soul

Stage 1: Refuge can be sought only in other people.
Stage 2: Refuge can be sought only in God.
Stage 3: Refuge can be sought only within the self.
Stage 4: There's no self. There's no refuge. There's no 'I' to seek refuge.

To suffer less, practice the following to any degree:

More responsibility, less blame.

More truth-telling, less truth-smudging.

More boundaries, less people pleasing.

More awareness regarding what I need, less pushing aside what I need.

More validating myself, less expecting others to validate me.

More self-care, less dismissing it as “selfish.”

More self-compassion, less berating myself.

More forgiving, less grudges.

More self-forgiving, less regret.

More awareness of my patterns, less falling into them.

More pausing, less reacting.

More “this is not about me”, less me-centric.

More asking, less assuming.

More self-evaluation, less judgement of others.

More surrender, less control.

More flexibility, less rigidity.

More resilience, less despair.

More self-trust, less self-doubt.

More learning, less coasting.

More acceptance, less inner war.
