In the "Get the CPU Time (TIMEUSED)" video, I had encountered a weird error when the program was invoked statically.
I asked for ideas on what else to research. I got a couple of suggestions and 1 of them allowed me to solve the mystery.
I am working the follow up video which explains the root cause of the issue.
