Look at that. Another year has passed so fast. Here's how to ACTUALLY achieve your goals in 2026
1. System > Habits Focus on building a system, not just chasing goals. Small, consistent actions every day matter more than big bursts once in a while.
eg. After showering, I'm going to vaccum my room and, after that, make a video.
2. Start Small / Easy Wins
Do the easiest things first. Momentum builds motivation, so start with one simple action that gets you moving toward your goal.โ
3. EXECUTE consistently (MOST important) ๐
This is probably what moves your goals the most. Execution beats planning alone. Keep creating, keep moving, and your progress compounds huge over time.
Remember, success rewards those who start and not wait. I believe if you have faith in yourself, execute consistently, and improve, it's only a matter of time until you WIN.
I didn't think I would have jumped 81.2 cm at 16.48 (elite) that day and qualified for the national final.
I'm still bummed I could not go due to having a bowel obstruction at the worst possible moment of my life. It really could have changed my athletic career...
But right now, I'm training hard & smart and coming back even stronger and aiming for a >90cm jump next year. ๐ช
