"Be the reason someone smiles today!" is our goal for our channel and hope you will be encouraged in some way. We are the Hershberger sisters, Martha and Dorothy and we grew up in an Amish/Mennonite home, but more importantly we are Christians. We were full-time caregivers for our special needs brother, Marvin (Buddy), who is also Martha's twin. Buddy was brain damaged at birth, was basically non-verbal and also dealt with epilepsy. Buddy passed away in April 2026 after suffering a stroke. So now our videos don't reference Buddy as much; however, he will always be in our hearts.
We enjoy all kinds of "kitchen action" including sharing recipes and also container gardening which is basically what our videos are about. We conclude each video with an "Inspirational Golden Thought".
We post a daily short called "Chirping a Verse for the Day".
