If you’re trying to grow on YouTube by being 100% original…
You’re probably making it way harder than it needs to be.
Because most channels that blow up aren’t inventing something completely new.
They’re taking what already works…
And adding their own spin.
The formula:
80% proven concept
20% unique twist
That’s it.
What This Actually Means
Find what’s already working in your niche:

Curiosity-driven.
Simple.
Proven concept.
So instead of creating a random new idea…
You apply the same format to another niche:
“Is There Actual Gold in the UFC Belt?”
Same structure.
Different audience.
Same curiosity.
This works across almost everything:
Football
UFC
NBA
The format stays.
The niche shifts.
