40% CDR is now available in pro builds guys. Just change the smite to flash manually for now, cos I accidentally pressed the publish button without changing the smite 😂, but it will automatically update to flash in a couple of days; I already sent an updated one(hopefully it won't get rejected again) Feel free to use the build and enjoy having 0/10/0 KDA with it🤣🔥 adios.
