As the PaleoHikerMD channel has grown, my ideas about it have changed. In the end our channel is about a lifestyle. Being outdoors as much as I can whether it be hiking, backpacking, canoeing, etc...traveling...finding geocaches along the way...Want gear reviews?...well we do those too! Self-Reliance is also big in my family, and on my channel you will find plenty of content detailing survival, bushcraft, and preparedness. Lastly, but certainly not least, I will bring you along on my continued journey into the Paleo Lifestyle. Your health is not what you inherit, it is what you make of it with effort and real change!
