Been very quiet on here recently , lost a bit of interest tbh , on this channel it mainly started out as newcastle united and gig videos with the odd random ones and then later I started getting out on my bike and started filming them to show off the routes I take incase anyone was interested in doing a similar route etc and then again later specially after my dad died in 2021 I started getting out more and get hiking in the mountains specially the lakes just like he did and i started recording them , like the bike so I could the area off if anyone was interested, this channel I've changed the name of it so much none really went with the channel for what it was , so I have now decided to end the outdoor stuff like the hikes, coastal walks bike rides and leave ghis channel to what it was mainly originally and that was for newcastle united and music and I have another channel , this photo has the title on and that was for my bike videos but now I have decided it is gonna be my permanent home for any outdoor activities I do . This channel is does really well with my football and music content but not so much for the outdoor stuff so this other channel I do might attract people who want to get out and explore whether on bike or walks at the coast or in the mountains or even the odd town city ! FINALLY! finally back at the gym! There's a small light at the end of a very long tunnel! All the health scares I've had over the last year and half or so and the mental side to it too, too scared to try anything strenuous incase my spleen ruptured which could've been fatal if not treated straight away , the pains in the chest I get , still waiting for further tests to see if I have the same heart valve condition that my mother had, I at times get a sharp pain and can last up to a minute for it to clear, it happened a little at the gym today but didn't put me off and had one on my last mountain walk in the lakes 2 weeks ago , this small step getting back to the gym will help massively for the mental health, I try to lose weight but find it so bloody hard to keep on top with my diet, I have food and fizzy pop addictions , people might say that's no addiction but it is to me, sometimes I have certain things and I feel guilty after having them , I've had mental problem over my weight for years , I remember being shocked I went over 13 stone! I'm currently hovering around the 16 half stone mark and now used to it, people can call me what they want and I wouldn't care but if it was about my appearance like my weight it hurts even in jest and affects me massively, one thing I hate is when people cry mental health cos they put the odd pound or 2 and there's nothing on them, I would just say il swap you places where I am or STFU!! NOW I'm seeing that light I'm gonna have a massive go at losing that wait, yeah yeah I've said it before but I've never all these health issues, I've got to live with so I'm fully determined to get to the best I can be, if you see me drinking the wrong things or eating shite, don't give me a hard time, it's an addiction and I'm trying to get a better diet and lifestyle, loads planned over next year or so , ones a nuts 1 and 2 coming up, 1 is my nemesis and 1 is a bike ride and around 3000 feet up in the mountains , I will get there! Hit 1400 subscribers today, thank you all so much . Must be doing something right with my channel. I know I upload random shit on here and might not be to everyone's taste in what I do so thank you again for subscribing. I'm currently taking it a bit easy , I've a life changing disease which I'm getting used to which has slowed me down a bit , I've a digestive issue and any kind of food or drink makes my body flare up and can be extremely uncomfortable so I'm trying to stop that happening and hope to avoid some surgery to take out my colon , anyway hopefully il be out very soon, got a couple of gigs coming up which il put on here , I only do that foe memory tbh but it's nice to share , haven't done a hike for ages and need to get out , whether it's for a camp , car camp or wild camp I do not know and obviously it's post season so no football uploads atm, again thank you for sticking with me and il get out very soon as soon as my I can sort my body out , I have to give up the alcahol , we will see about that 1 🤣🤣🤣 #youtube #thankyou #subscribe

3pm today new video uploaded , a stormy 1 down the coast during storm Kathleen. Was meant to go to the lakes for the a wild camp but my inexperience in storm camping I didn't want to risk not being able to pitch up specially with my young son with me so put it off for another day. Been given the all clear to start getting out on bike, in the mountains etc due to a condition I have , seen a specialist the concern I have isn't as serious as first feared but unfortunately there's new concerns, gonna be a long road before this all goes away , at least the worst possible diagnosis has been ruled out, been told to not overdo things, hopefully il be back out on bike, mountains etc very soon, here is my last video I did for some exercise , a ride along the quayside in newcastle , please take a peek https://youtu.be/2K_SZrVxbrI?si=hw4Yu...
