In Your 20’s, You’re Not Supposed To Know What You Want.
You’re supposed to do crazy shit.
And that’s ok.
Those are the years to try all kinds of different things, before you get to your mid 30’s, married, with a family, and all kinds of financial burdens.
I hear a lot from guys in their 20’s, that they’re frustrated.
They think they should know already what they want.
Have a direction.
And those voices that they hear in their heads are the voices of family and parents, which usually have nothing to do with reality.
Frustration comes from expectations.
If you’re in your 20’s and even early 30’s, feel frustrated that you haven’t yet found your direction in life, career or business, calm down.
Being frustrated doesn’t help.
Instead, start doing some deep inner work and discover who you really are.
Keep an open mind and keep trying different directions.
Life is about being in the Unknown.
***************************
The writer himself didn’t have a clue in his 20’s.
After trying different things and starting a few failed businesses, at the age of 29 he had just a couple of dollars in his pocket.
At the age of 36, he had his first million.
Life works in mysterious ways.

It’s Not About Doing More.
It’s About Making More.
More impact.
More profit.
More money.
One major mistake that so many business owners make is that they hurry to sell.
At any price.
In their mistaken belief that the goal is to make more sales, print more invoices, and generally work harder.
Sometimes without even being sure that the invoice will be paid.
The result of which is accumulation of bad debt and a bigger infrastructure to handle the volume of sales, which leads to more fixed overhead and less profit.
Which, since they sold at any price, wasn’t too high to begin with.
Downward spiral.
We’re in business to make money.
Profit.
And as much as possible, while still maintaining our highest moral and social standards, regarding our staff, our customers, and ourselves.
Doing more is great.
Provided that it’s being focused on doing what’s right.
Not just for the sake of doing more.
Because many times, by doing less, but better, we accomplish more.

In Over 40 Years Of Doing Business, I’ve Made Millions.
But when I look back over the years, I realize one very important thing.
I never ran after the money.
The money was a byproduct of doing the work to the best of my ability, and with all my passion.
It was about building.
Creating.
Growing.
The essence of business, of being an entrepreneur, is a spiritual journey.
A journey of self realization and of finding and then upholding one’s deepest values.
Of having integrity.
Playing fair and staying honest.
With one’s self and with others.
And of discovering our true power and capabilities.
It’s a journey of blood, sweat and tears, always having to dig deep and find the inner strength and resolve within us.
During the darkest days.
The days when we feel a failure.
That we’re not good enough.
The days when we lose hope and nothing seems to work.
And we all have those days, though as entrepreneurs we have them a bit more severely, knowing that we don’t have anybody to fall back on.
Except ourselves.
Don’t get me wrong.
I’m very much into making money.
Big money.
And yet, I never let the money blind me or guide me.
As my grandfather used to tell me, never run after the money, as it will then run away.
Instead, do what you’re good at, to the best of your ability and with all your passion.
And then the money will come to you.
I guess my grandfather knew what he was talking about, as he himself was very successful in business, and as a result became very wealthy.
I’m now passing that bit of advice to you.
Be the best you can.
Be true to yourself.
And then nothing will stop you.

We’re In A New Age, The Age Of
BLAND.
Where everything looks the same.
As if everyone is using the same AI generated template.
For social content.
For business content.
For everything.
ChatGpt and Claude are controlling lives and businesses.
The result of which is a blur of BLAND.
If you’re doing what everybody else is doing, and in the same way they are doing it, you’re just part of the herd.
Same same.
Maybe it’s time to start being who you are.
Who you really are.
In all your weirdness.
Quirkiness.
Strangeness.
Showing up in all your strengths, as well as your weaknesses.
Being Real.
Stand out.
Don’t be afraid to be who you are.
In today’s world of BLAND, it’s those who have the courage to stand out that get noticed.
And that’s the first step to Success.

You’ll Never Have Enough.
Never.
The more you get, the more you’ll want.
It’s human nature.
There’s no problem with wanting more.
There’s a problem if we lose sight of what’s really important in life.
If we lose our balance.
And if we become unhappy, stressed, and burnt out in the pursuit of more.
I suggest that while striving for more in business, in enterprise, in wealth and possessions, we also strive for more in other areas.
The areas that really matter.
Areas of awareness and mindfulness.
Happiness.
Inner peace and tranquility.
Personal relationships and contribution.
And when you cultivate those areas, you’ll be surprised.
Not only will you be happier and more satisfied, but you’ll have more in all the other areas.

The Easiest Thing To Do Is Lower Your Price.
Or give a discount.
We all know the feeling.
You gotta make the sale.
It’s been slow lately.
You have bills to pay.
Salaries.
And your confidence is at rock bottom.
That’s exactly when you have to tap into your inner strength and fortitude.
That’s when you need that self discipline.
When the going gets tough.
Remember just one thing, and I say this with 40 years of business under my belt.
It’s tough to build up a business.
It’s tough to build up a brand.
And it ain’t easy to sell at high prices and to stick to them.
It’s much easier to slash prices and do anything to make a sale.
But once you do that, there’s no going back.
Sharks smell blood in the water from miles away.

Almost All Entrepreneurs And Business Owners Make This Mistake.
In most cases, they lose a lot of money.
Time.
Energy.
In more severe cases, it’s fatal.
They lose their business.
And sometimes even more.
What happens is they build up a business, they bust their ass doing it, and when it succeeds, they want more.
So they start a totally new business.
Big mistake.
Instead of concentrating on the existing, profitable business and doing more, they start a new business, totally from scratch.
Their energies and attention are now diffused with the majority going to the new business.
For every unit of energy, money and time that is invested in the new adventure, where it might be profitable or not, that same unit would bring 10X in the existing one.
This is what we call the “shiny object syndrome.”
In my 40 years in business, I’ve also been guilty of this mistake.
So if you are an entrepreneur or business owner, and your business is flourishing, here’s what you should do.
Do MORE.
And then even more.
And after that, do it better.
When you’ve reached total capacity in your current business, and only then, start thinking about something new.
And never let your ego guide you.
Never.

How Do You Get Out Of A Slump?
There’s not one entrepreneur or professional athlete that hasn’t experienced a slump in their career.
That nothing seems to click or succeed.
The tennis player can’t get the ball over the net, the basketball player can’t get the ball into the net.
And the baseball player just can’t hit the damn ball, no matter how hard he tries.
Same in business.
Leads not coming in, deals not getting closed, teams not performing at the levels expected, and nothing seems to work.
A slump is when our performance goes down and doesn’t get back up again within a reasonable time period.
When that happens, we start tensing up, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.
Which leads to an even more severe slump.
The danger of being in a slump over an extended period of time is that the longer you’re in it, the harder it is to get out of it.
And the way to get out of a slump is by working with the Mind, for that’s where the slump occurs.
In the Mind.
Having coached numerous businessmen, professional athletes and other high performing individuals over the years, I have one piece of advice to give.
Get help.
The best you can find, and as soon as possible.
For every dollar that you don’t spend now for that support, you’ll spend 10 times that in the future.
Or more.
Therewill be more damage to repair, and it’ll be harder to do it.
***********************
If you find yourself in a slump, in your business or life, and have not yet found the right support for you even though you’ve tried, you might want to reach out to me.
I can help.
Let’s talk.

Time Is Money.
Your time is money, especially if you’re a business owner.
You are, and should be, the most important and valuable asset your business has.
If your personal performance is even a little bit off or under par, this will impact your entire company.
And yet, when we get to our 40’s, after going through hell building up successful businesses and companies, we start encountering challenges.
Major challenges.
We fall into a slump.
We experience burnout.
We lose our passion, our drive.
We go through a major crisis in our business ir in our personal life which leaves us reeling, and struggling to retain our balance.
All of which take a toll on our business and on our personal finances.
Every day that you are not in your zone of genius or power zone, is a day that you and your company are leaving money on the table.
And the longer this continues, the more dangerous it is.
However, with the right help and support, you can get back to your optimal state in a very short time.
And save you and your business a lot of money.
Because, in the end, time is money.
And the more time, the more money.
*****************
If you’re a business owner and feel as if I’ve described you in my words, you and I should have a talk.
My expertise is in getting high performers back on their feet and in their best condition possible.
And no challenge is too big.
Reach out to me.
Let’s talk.

It Usually Happens To Us In our 40’s.
We wake up one day and realize that we just can’t stop.
We can’t take a break.
We’re running too fast, and the moment we stop we’re going to fly off the treadmill.
It’s all going to catch up with us.
The debts, the mortgages, the monthly expenses, the overhead in our business.
It’s not that we haven’t been successful.
We’ve been and we still are.
But at a high price.
A price that as time goes by and we get a bit older becomes harder to pay.
And sometimes we just don’t want to pay it anymore.
Part of the price is that we can’t stop or take a break, because then everything will catch up with us, and then we crash and burn.
The more success we had, the more we wanted.
The more money we made, the more we wanted.
And the higher a lifestyle we had because of all the money, the higher and more lavish we wanted.
A never ending rat race.
A race which we created and now want out of.
But can’t.
Or so we think.
No, you can’t just stop everything you’re doing and hope it will work out.
You can’t just jump off the treadmill and hope not to fall.
It’s a process.
A gradual process.
And it takes time and effort.
However, it can be done.
Hell yeah.
But it takes a decision.
A decision to get up, find the right support, and change your life.
For the better.
I’ve been there.
I’ve done it myself.
Now I help and guide others who are committed to transforming their lives and breaking through the obstacles that are holding them back.
The obstacles that are keeping them on the treadmill, which keeps going faster and faster.
Till you’re thrown off.
***********************
If my words hit home with you and you’re in a situation similar to what I’ve described, I suggest that you find a way to get off the treadmill safely, before you get thrown off.
I can help you do that, as I’ve helped many others over the years.
Take the first step and reach out to me.
Let’s talk.
But more importantly, let’s take action.
Now.
Before it’s too late.
DM me or hit the link in the comments.
P.S.
I give a full money back guarantee for my work and the results that I help my clients achieve.
So now it’s just a question how serious you are about wanting to change your life.
And if you can afford my price.
Which isn’t cheap…
😂😂😂😂😂
