Prism Battle League was founded in 2016 by Sara Kana, also known as The Godmother, making history as the first LGBTQ+ battle rap platform, officially launched on January 9th.

PBL’s mission goes beyond creating space for the LGBTQ+ community , it’s about breaking barriers and inviting diversity into the heart of battle rap. Prism is OPEN FOR ALL — LGBTQ+, straight, new voices or seasoned vets , anyone with passion, bars, and purpose is welcome.

We're here to amplify unheard voices, challenge norms, and show that bars have no boundaries.
