Steel quality certainly makes a difference in regard to the final sharpness you can achieve. This Zwilling Pro actually surprised me quite a bit during the sharpness test video. Zero pre-planning just took a phone video during a busy sharpening day. Factory angle. The results speak for itself 🙌🔥
