My name is Jacob Toddson, and since 2019 I’ve been creating videos exploring Paganism, Shamanism, Norse Mythology, Celtic beliefs, ancient history, and living ancestral traditions. This channel focuses on how ancient ways developed, survived, and continue to shape the modern world.
I’ve created an extensive collection of content on Norse mythology, Odinic traditions, Heathenry, Viking history, and Germanic spirituality, along with on-location videos filmed in Ireland, England, and Scotland, exploring Celtic folklore, sacred sites, and spiritual traditions—past and present.
After nearly four years on an Odinic journey, I now share my experiences from the United States through ceremony, sacred space, and ceremonial tattooing as a bridge between ancient and modern worlds.

Are you looking for a pagan gathering in the North Eastern USA? I am excited to share that I will be helping run the The Fellowship of Northern Traditions midsummer gathering in Pennsylvania!

I will be creating this space primarily with @unura_kam who I have done several events with. We will also have several other FoNT members assisting as well.
❓What will you be experiencing?
☀️ the primary focus of this event is to honor the coming season of light, energy, and hard work. We will be holding ceremonies to honor the Gods of summer including: Thor, Sif, Freyr, Freyja, Sunna and more.
🦅 Unura is also an initiated Shaman so we will be having several shamanic ceremonies as well including drumming and meditations.
🏕️ The facilities are on a beautiful river in western PA. There will be camping spots as well as indoor beds for those interested in some AC. Food will be provided, all of us will assist in cooking and cleaning.
🙋♂️ This event is for everyone interested in pagan traditions. The Fellowship primarily focuses on Norse spirits, but we also have may members who connect to Celtic, Slavic and other pagan traditions.

As I am doing my research for my Shinto Video series (coming up in the future, would prefer to film in Japan but… that is not likely anytime soon lol) I want to do an interview with someone who is more knowledgeable or is from Japan on Shintoism.

Todays dive into the youtube vault, we have a video I made last year that was a lot of fun to research! While the Scandinavian traditions of Yule get more focus in pagan circles here in America. The reality is that most European Americans are more German than they are Scandinavian. Even if you are like me and fit this mold, I find the Germanic traditions to be just as interesting as the Norse.

Todays look back into the vault! Who can say they were here back when this premiered?
An instagram friend of mine was featured in this small documentary about the Faroe Islands. The documentary had a small release on youtube and got little to no viewership. I couldn't believe it! The production value was so good!
So, I was given permission to release the video to my larger audience at that time. While it has reached a few more people, I believe it is well worth a much larger reception. So! I hope you give it a watch, because it's damn good!

I still get a lot of comments about use of the word “pagan” and whether or not we should still be using it today. In this video I share a lot of my thoughts that I still believe today.
