Hebrews 12:11
Greetings! I'm Kaylah. I have lost over 160 pounds naturally by staying disciplined, eating mainly whole foods, and walking consistently. Through my wellness journey, I found that the conventional "move more, eat less" advice is not what most people need to hear. We need to understand why we got to a point where we began to significantly neglect our health. Over here, we are changing our lives through accountability and sustainable habits, not quick fixes. Breaking generational curses and strongholds surrounding gluttony and food. Weight loss is a spiritual transformation disguised as a physical one. Day one, not one day.
I do not use Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter. I like to be present! Any profiles of me on these platforms are falsified.
I have not collaborated with, accepted sponsorships, or advocated for any companies or products at this point in my career. These are also falsified if you see them.

I will always be the one to remind you that what you do 90% of the time is what actually matters. I was literally 327 pounds, going out to eat was my enjoyment! 10% works both ways. We can’t expect to be in a calorie deficit only when we feel like it, do our movement routines only when we feel like it and think we will be transformed. Eating salad today doesn’t make you lose 100 pounds overnight.
In the inverse, having outings, even weeks away from your regular routine is not going to magically balloon you back to your highest weight. My 4 day cruise was the equivalent of me going out to eat multiple times a day, 4 days in a row, and I lost two pounds. 😂 Weight gain does not happen as fast as you think, similarly to how weight loss takes time. Especially when you have built habits + discipline.
Like I talked about in my motivation video, a wellness journey is about self-trust more than sudden bursts of motivation. You know how to eat, you know how to move. Simple. Recovery and getting back into what makes you feel good is what keeps the ball rolling. There’s really no such thing as “falling off” you’re just doing what you want to do and seeing the effects of that. If you don’t like those effects, you do something different.
A lot of what I enjoyed on vacation is what I like in real life and eat daily: French fries, chicken, steak, broccoli, fish, mushrooms. It’s just all prepared differently than how I would do it in my day-to-day.
You can live well and still enjoy life. I will always advocate for seasons of abstinence so that you know what it’s like to feel your best. This allows you to recognize how your body responds to giving it ultra-processed food again, fried food, alcohol, sugar, and you will QUICKLY return to what makes you feel good. 🤣
See you Monday. :)

I’m having a blast guys! I’ve never been out of the country or on a cruise before. I’ll be back on Monday to show you some fun times and how to eat out on vacation if your goal is to stay dialed in, but it’s okay to enjoy yourself. I’ll show you how I balance. I love you!

100,000 made in God’s image! I can’t believe this many people enjoy hearing me yap. I’m just a girl from the LBC helping us get well. I never would have thought the hardest moments of my life would be publicized and platformed to assist so many people. I could be known for anything, but the fact that I’m helping people reclaim their health alongside me means the world. This is generational!
Nothing’s changing. I’m still the lady in my studio apartment telling you not to bring bulk candy in the house and to pull out your food scale. 😂 My plans are beyond this platform for you and me, and I cannot wait to continue growing & leading the Kingdom to wellness. Seeing the stories you guys share about how I am helping you, your family, how you prayed and my video popped up (insane). It literally moves me to tears every time and why I will continue always reading my comments and responding to my family. (You!)
I’ve been grinding it out non-stop since January, there was a time I was posting 3x a week. I’ve been consistently posting on Mondays and Thursdays. I’ll be taking a small break (🏝️) and will return for your Monday Motivation on July 6th. 😁
I can’t even put into words how I’m feeling right now! It’s not about me or for me, I’m just the messenger. This is all for you. I’m going to continue sharing what’s on my heart and what helped me get well. You are so amazing. All praise to The Most High forever. 🤍

Ecclesiastes 9:7
"Go, eat your bread with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do."
The beauty of maintenance is recovery and enjoyment. Not pictured that ended up in Kaylah's stomach: about 10 table bread rolls, calamari, funnel cake, coffee cake, peanut butter cookies, et. al, lol.
And the following day looked like getting right back to Kaylah life. 11k steps, strength training, not skipping meals, just back to it! I actually enjoy doing what I did to lose weight, which is what makes maintenance sustainable. Keep pushing forward, a life of enjoyment is on the other side, we can also acknowledge it takes time building discipline and recovery habits to get there.
