I was planning to keep a record of recipes foods which our family like. U know why…? When I was in hostel, I didn’t like the food where we do get from the mess…we hostelers tried to make simple recipes made out with salad vegetables… those days I missed my “kalyanikutti kutty’s “ simple recipes… like kochulli theeyal and all… which I don’t know to cook , now she is no more. Hence I thought simple move by me could be helpful and favorable for my kids and other bachelors in future.
Cooking has motivated me to try different cuisines, ingredients.
So common guys… cook with me… motivate urself… explore the talent within u….
