But sometimes, the question that matters most is not about performance.
It's about connection.
Children don't need advice every day.
They need connection every day.
Try asking:
✨ What was the best part of your day?
✨ Did you learn something new today?
✨ What made you happy today?
✨ Was anything difficult about your day?
Because children open up when they feel safe, heard, and understood.
