For those who are unaware, there has been another wave of takedowns on Bandori videos. This time, Fanks and EiEn Subs have been affected and the videos in question are Bandori TV and Getsubushi TV.

So as a precaution, I have opted to unlist those videos for now.

For now, the community will be finding a way to circumvent this issue and continue bringing content to you all.

I will most certainly continue my best to produce content for you all, but this will hurt a lot of my options in the future. So my "weekly" schedule may be impacted, and I apologize for any gaps in advance.

My only hope is that no one blames Bushi for any of this because subbing videos has always been a very grey area and as the owners of the content, they have the right to do what they want with it.

For us, we'll move on and keep on doing what we do and support the seiyuus with all we have. And I hope you all will too 😁

So before the video for today drops, I just want to give a small update (It's actually really long so bear with me). It's been exactly a year since I uploaded my first video and I've decided to open up donations for my channel.


Why? I'm just greedy and I want to earn a little money on the side while doing what I love. And that's the truth. Aside from this one post and one tweet, this is all I'll be doing to promote it. The link will be on my website and twitter from then on. ko-fi.com/ghostavich

For my future plans? There is no plan. I'll just keep on doing what I do best and upload all the things. Same as usual.


Now that the serious stuff is out of the way, I want to move on to what's important. I feel I don't do this enough but I really want to thank everyone who has supported me for the past year. If it wasn't for everyone I wouldn't have done this for this long and this consistently.


It's been a long journey to finally reach where I am now with my quality (which still has very questionable translations) but it was worth it. For the people who've watched from the start, you know that my videos were not good. It was only during the transition period starting with Amita's video that I really dove deep into boosting the quality.


All of the support on that initial video was what really kept me going. Otherwise, I was seriously considering stopping. Even now, I still haven't done enough to repay all of the support everyone has given me. If anyone were to ask me what was the best thing I've ever done, it would be doing this and meeting all of you. Whether it's through the comments or you watching the videos or talking on the bandori discord.


Thank you all so much. I can never thank you all enough.

Heyo, small update from me. For the month of September, I will, unfortunately, have to cut my 2 weekly videos back down to 1 a week.
(Fair warning, I'll be cutting my longer Saturday videos. Sorry.)

However, this is only temporary as I prep for my trip to Japan during the end of September and something else that I'm working on and it'll act as a small break for me while I fight my burnout.

Once October rolls around it will be back to your usual schedule.
