I put up a really short breathing exercise, only about 2 minutes. It’s just balanced breathing, equal inhale and exhale, but it’s surprisingly grounding.
I use it when I feel a bit emotionally off. It helps calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and bring everything back into balance without having to “do” much.
It’s nice before meditation, when you need to reset your energy, or honestly anytime you just need to pause and breathe evenly for a moment.

It's so easy it is to fall into self-doubt, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from your intuition (honestly, I’ve been there too). So I made a guided meditation focused on intuition and clarity.
It’s really gentle and grounding. The idea is to calm the mind enough to actually hear yourself again instead of constantly looking for answers outside of you. We go into deep relaxation, work with some intuition-focused affirmations, reconnect with gut feelings, and visualize this quiet inner space where things just… make sense.
It’s a mix of breathwork, visualization, subconscious work, and a little bit of spiritual symbolism.
