O Allah, hasten the reappearance of Your Guardian,
And make us among his sincere followers and preparers.

From the pearls and wisdom of Imam Hassan (AS), his profound statement that invites contemplation stands out: "I am astonished at those who ponder over their food. How do they not ponder over their intellect? They avoid what harms their stomach but do not deter their chest from what ruins it." It's as if he, peace be upon him, says: "It has indeed amazed me, those who scrutinize their food, wondering, how do they overlook reflecting on matters of their intellect? They take care to shield their bodies from harm, yet they leave their souls exposed to what devastates them. This matter is not strange to believers; awareness should encompass all humanity. Those who care for the health of their body and avoid ailments, if truly endowed with sound reason, ought to protect the essence of their being from everything that could lead them to destruction. For the demise of the body, whether momentarily or in this worldly life, cannot be compared to the demise of the mind, which subjects a person to folly or eternal misguidance." So, ponder.
