I’m watching the Sean Combs appeal hearing. The judges did not seem to like his lawyers arguments about the voyeurism charge. However, they seem much more favorable to the defendant regarding using acquitted counts against him unlawfully. The judges are NOT happy right now with the governments responses regarding this.
