Youths in Abia State expressed their outrage after discovering that a local mortuary, operated by attendants now under investigation, had allegedly been involved in the unlawful removal of body parts from deceased individuals.😮😮😮

According to news media the incident unfolded when a family, having brought their deceased relative’s body to the mortuary for safekeeping, decided to inspect the corpse before taking it for burial.

Upon undressing the body, they discovered that one of the testicles was missing, sparking a wave of anger among the surrounding community members.

The mortuary, located between Afoukwu and Abayi Okoroato villages along the Aba-Ikot Ekpene highway in Obingwa Council Area, became the focal point of a tense standoff when the family, accompanied by a group of local youths, made the grim discovery.

The attendants, reportedly caught off guard by the confrontation, tried to flee the scene but were quickly apprehended by the irate youths, who had grown increasingly frustrated with the situation.

The discovery was particularly shocking to the community, who were unaware that such a grave violation could occur at a facility they had long used.

Several individuals, who spoke with reporters, revealed that rumors of the mortuary’s suspicious activities had been circulating for some time, but no concrete evidence had emerged until the incident involving the missing body part.😟😟😟

Some of the youths said,” We don’t know that this mortuary is involved in such evil business; people have been suspecting him. It is an abomination in Igbo land to sever the body part of a dead person.

“Now, we have seen what he has done and why his business is flourishing. He was operating his mortuary business in that abandoned filling station. He and his attendants will answer for their crimes.

A Little Break from the Chalkboard

After a term full of lessons, laughter, and a few cheeky glances at the clock, it’s finally time for a well-earned Easter break! I’ll be spending my holidays soaking in the village quiet, catching up on tea with neighbors, planning the next school term (just a little), and of course, enjoying some homemade Easter treats. Expect more stories soon—from muddy boots to blackboard moments—but for now, it’s time to rest, reflect, and maybe do a bit of gardening.

Wishing all my lovely viewers a peaceful and joy-filled Easter. How are you spending yours?

THIS IS A TRUE LIFE STORY SHARED BY SOMEONE 👇👇👇👇👇👇

PLANNING FOR ANY OCCASION OR EVENT, PLEASE PRAY FERVENTLY TO ANYTHING YOU HOLD DEARLY.

My TM almost got ruined. In the course of preparing, I had visited hubby one of those evenings as we hardly had time to have a proper discussion or plan during the day except on Sundays. We had just finish talking, and making some plans, talked about random things and ended with some gossiping.

I was having this bad migraine, and I told him I was going to the room to have some rest as we were in the parlour. He said ok, that he still had somethings to tidy up and he'll join me soon. Laying on the bed, ruminating from left to right finding a comfortable position to sleep, I heard some noise. I listened and it came from the window where my head was facing.

I ignored thinking it was lizard or wall gecko doing their night waka from outside, closed my eyes tightly and imagined my sleep. Few minutes later, the noise persisted and I stood up while murmuring (sabi they paid this house rent for you people nah why una go dey make noise anyhow) with the intension of just knocking it off from inside.

Colour me surprise when I put my phone torch on and saw a giant centipede, a creature I've never seen in my 25+ years of existence. Omo, I threw the phone away and screamed while running out. Husbandman came running in, asking what was it, I pointed and told him to go check the window. He went in and ran out almost immediately and then composed and went in again as man wey him be.

Thank God for insecticide, he sprayed the centipede which weaken it and was able to kill it, I was too scared to snap, I didn't even want to see the de@d stuff, I ran as far as my legs could carry me. Sleep commot from my eyes ooo, I come dey do tarry night and couldn't stop thanking God.

The was nothing that didn't come to my mind that day, is the what If's. To think that it was inside the house and not outside and my head was facing it. God saved us that day and many more temptations that came with it.
