Do you know what the Prophet ﷺ used to say between the two sujoods?

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَاجْبُرْنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي، وَارْفَعْنِي

“My Lord, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, mend my affairs, grant me well-being, provide for me, and raise my rank.”

SubhanAllah—this single du’a asks Allah for forgiveness, mercy, guidance, healing, provision, and elevation.
