In recent years I specialised in Shadow Integration and then for those who are ready we work towards a Non Dual awakening.
I started as a regular meditator almost 30 years ago.
In recent years I discovered medicine work and Holotropic Breathwork, both of which I used regularly for a few years. These days I focus on Non Duality.
