The SEASON we are in right now.
1. It is the season of INTIMACY
Father God is saying to me that we need to be closer to him and seek him out through prayer and time in the bible as well as worship time with him alone. He will confirm with you what is next and even for the next while for you. This year in particular, you need to shut down social media and seek the Lord for yourself. Even confirmations must not come from YouTube videos but from the Lord Himself in other ways.
2. This is a CROSSING OVER SEASON
Like crossing the Jordan River into the Promised land finally this year, 2026, is the transition and crossing over season. IT requires you to LET GO of the past things. You need to forgive those who falsely accused you and who hurt you. You will need to let go of physical things from the past that no longer serve you. Do a spring clean in your heart, your thoughts and your possessions of what no longer serves you.
3. This is a HOLINESS season (refer to my word from a few years ago)
He is now emphasising our heart posture. Have you made right with those who wronged you, or have you wronged? Have you been seeking the Lord to make your heart clean before him? If not, this is the time to do it. This month and this year. Make your heart right before the Lord.
4. This is the RESET year
For some, that is like a "reset" back to your FOUNDATION. It is like a computer reset, back to factory settings. Setting our eyes back to the foundation and not building on sand anymore, and running after signs and wonders, but rather running after a deeper relationship with Jesus. Finding JESUS as the author of our faith. Rediscover the cross of Jesus and his resurrection power. Going deeper to be transformed by the character of Jesus by asking for conviction for change by the holy Spirit each day.
These are things that 2026 in the body of Christ will be marked by.
We need a return to HOLINESS, OBEDIENCE, SACRIFICE and pursuing Jesus!
We need to SURRENDER fully to him.
No half measures will do in this season.
Anything that HE did not start will fall.
