Nobody in my house eats tomatoes — so I started buying them just for me.
Roasted cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar. Hot oven, 30 minutes, no prep. They come out caramelized and taste like candy.
My daughter said exactly that. The daughter who “doesn’t eat tomatoes.”
