Mera jawab :-

Dost, na to main pehle padhai mein bahut achha tha, na aaj hu. Pehle bhi survival ke liye padh raha tha, aur aaj bhi wahi kar raha hoon.

YouTube par jo dikhta hai, woh hamesha poori reality nahi hoti. Digital duniya perception banati hai. Kisi ko dekh kar hum maan lete hain ki iske paas bahut knowledge hai, bahut paisa hai, bahut perfect life hai — lekin screen ke peeche reality kuch aur bhi ho sakti hai.

Kisi creator ke peeche research team ho sakti hai, script writer ho sakta hai, editor ho sakta hai, ya phir woh khud bahut मेहनत करता हो. Lekin viewer ko sirf final video dikhti hai, poora process nahi.

Isliye meri ek honest advice hai: YouTube ke आधार पर kisi bhi creator ke baare mein blind perception mat banana — mere baare mein bhi nahi.

Meri samajh mein reality simple hai:
Society aapko utni hi value deti hai, jitni value aap society mein add kar sakte ho.

Agar aap knowledge de sakte ho, log aapko sunenge.
Agar aap kisi ki problem solve kar sakte ho, log aapko value denge.
Agar aapke paas koi skill hai, log aapse seekhna chahenge.

Main isliye padhta hoon kyunki mujhe relevant rehna hai. Mujhe apne aap ko update karte rehna hai. Mere survival ke liye mujhe padhna hi padega.

Iska matlab ye nahi ki mujhe har time padhna bahut pasand hai. Iska matlab sirf itna hai ki mere paas aur koi option nahi hai.

Padhne ka sahi tarika?
Meri opinion mein sabse pehle ye find karo ki aap padh kyun rahe ho.

Jitna strong reason hoga, utni hi cheezein samajh aayengi.
Jitna personal reason hoga, utni hi cheezein yaad rahengi.

Padhai ka method baad mein aata hai.
Pehle padhai ka reason clear hona chahiye.

Question - Dear sir,
I work very hard in my studies and prepare everything thoroughly before going to the exam. But as soon as the questions appear in front of me, I am unable to write the answers properly. Even though I had studied them well, I don’t know what happens during the exam — I just can’t perform as well as I should.

In Physics, I often forget derivations during the exam. I can usually solve numerical problems, but sometimes I get confused with the concepts as well.

Please tell me what could be the solution to this problem and how I can improve my performance in exams?


My Answer -

Mere bhai, problem aapki padhai mai kam aur “retrieval” mai zyada lag rahi hai.

Retrieval ka matlab hota hai — jo information aapke dimag mai already stored hai, exam ke time use sahi tarike se wapas nikaal pana.



Ab iske mainly 2 karan ho sakte hain:



1. Bina deeply samjhe information yaad karna
2. Samajh to aa gaya, lekin usko recall karne ki practice na karna



# 1) Bina samjhe yaad karna

Jab hum sirf ratta maarte hain, to brain information ko exact order mai zyada time tak stable form mai store nahi kar pata. Isliye exam hall mai kuch points yaad aate hain aur kuch achanak blank ho jate hain.



Solution:
Agar bina deep understanding ke exact wording ya derivation yaad rakhni hai, to uska ek hi practical solution hai — regular interval par repetition aur revision.
Yani spaced repetition + baar baar recall practice.



# 2) Samajh aa gaya, lekin recall ki practice nahi hui

Bahut baar hume concept samajh aa jata hai, lekin exam ke pressure mai usko instantly recall nahi kar pate.



Brain usually naye concept ko purani information se connect karke store karta hai. Isi liye jab koi hint ya connection milta hai, to poori information yaad aa jati hai.

Lekin agar exam mai woh hint nahi mila, to recall weak ho sakta hai.

Isliye zaroori hai ki aap khud ke “memory triggers” ya “hints” banao.



Example:
Class 10 Trigonometry mai ek famous line hoti hai:

“Pandit Badri Prasad Har Har Bhole”



Ye ek memory trigger hai jisse initially students trigonometric ratios yaad rakhte hain. Baad mai practice ke saath ye naturally yaad rehne lagta hai.

Physics mai bhi derivations aur concepts ke liye aise shortcuts, flow charts, visual connections aur self-made hints bahut help karte hain.



Aur ek important cheez:


Sirf padhna enough nahi hota. Exam-like conditions mai likh kar practice karna bhi zaroori hai. Kyunki kai baar knowledge hoti hai, lekin brain exam pressure mai usko properly access nahi kar pata.



Ab aapko dekhna hai ki aapki problem mainly understanding ki hai, revision ki hai, ya exam-pressure mai recall weak ho jata hai.

3) Dekho har insan ke pass koi na koi gift hota hai aapke pass bhi hoga, bas aapko pta karna pdega. Mujhe bhi ek gift mila hai, mai jaise taise problems ko solve kar hi leta hu "ye mera gift hai".
Problem solving ke gift ki wajah se hi mai anjane mai physics ko samjhne ke liye Reverse Pyramidical technique ka use karta tha baad mai mujhe pta lga ki iska ek scientific naam bhi hota hai.

aap bhi apne gift ko khojo, ye aapki growth ko accelerate kar dega.
Gift dhoondne ka tarika ( observe kro aap baki logo se kis chej mai naturally behtar ho, jaha auro ko effort lgane padte hai lekin aap bina effort ke vo same chej kar lete ho) yaha se aapko ye bhi pta chal jayega ki kahi aap galat track par to nahi ho.

4) Rahi baar mere padhane ki to bhiya mera to kaam hi padhane ka hai, aur isi kaam ki wajah se mujhe youtube ke liye 2 din ka samay milta hai, isi do din mai aapke liye video shoot bhi hogi, aur editor bhiya ka mood hua to time se edit bhi hogi, aur publish bhi hogi. The Problem

रियल एस्टेट का काला धन कोई छुपी हुई बात नहीं है — यह तो दोनों पक्षों की आपसी सहमति से चलता है। Seller property की कीमत कम दिखाता है ताकि capital gains tax बच जाए। Buyer नकद देता है ताकि अपना बेहिसाब पैसा कहीं लगा सके और stamp duty भी कम भरनी पड़े। दोनों का फायदा है।



The Solution

हर private property की बिक्री को एक government-run public auction portal के through करवाया जाए। जब तक deal उस portal पर नहीं हुई, तब तक sale deed register ही नहीं होगा।



How It Works

Seller अपनी property portal पर list करेगा — photos, details और एक reserve price (जो वो खुद तय करेगा) के साथ। Listing कम से कम एक हफ्ते तक bidding के लिए खुली रहेगी। कोई भी नागरिक KYC verification के बाद register कर सकता है और एक refundable deposit जमा करके bid लगा सकता है। Reserve price से ऊपर की सबसे ऊँची bid जीतेगी। जो winning bid होगी, वही official price मानी जाएगी registration और tax के लिए।



Why Black Money Disappears

Seller अपने किसी जान-पहचान वाले buyer को कम कीमत पर favour नहीं कर पाएगा। अगर वो ऐसा करने की कोशिश करेगा, तो कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति ऊपर से bid लगा देगा — और seller का अपना वो जान-पहचान वाला buyer हाथ से निकल जाएगा। Cash payments का कोई मतलब नहीं रहेगा, क्योंकि deal तो portal पर ही fair market price पर हो चुकी है। कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति seller को bid price से ऊपर extra cash क्यों देगा? उसका तो काम portal पर ही पूरा हो गया।



Impact on Corruption in India

Property रिश्वत और काले धन को पार्क करने की पहली पसंद बन चुकी है। अगर हर sale एक public, digital auction बन जाए, तो यह पूरा channel एक झटके में बंद हो जाएगा। भ्रष्ट अधिकारी नकद रिश्वत लेना इसलिए छोड़ देंगे क्योंकि उस पैसे को छुपाने की जगह ही नहीं बचेगी।आख़िर आदमी अपने घर पर कितना cash रखेगा?

The Problem

Black money in real estate is no hidden secret — it operates through mutual agreement between both parties. The seller underreports the property value to save capital gains tax. The buyer pays in cash to invest unaccounted money and also reduce stamp duty. Both sides benefit from the arrangement.

The Solution

Every private property sale should be conducted through a government-run public auction portal. Unless the deal is completed through that portal, the sale deed should not be allowed to be registered.

How It Works

The seller would list the property on the portal with photos, details, and a reserve price decided by the seller. The listing would remain open for bidding for at least one week. Any citizen could participate after KYC verification and by depositing a refundable security amount.

The highest bid above the reserve price would win. That winning bid would become the official transaction value for registration and taxation purposes.

Why Black Money Disappears

The seller would no longer be able to secretly favor a known buyer at an artificially low price. If such an attempt is made, another buyer could simply place a higher bid, causing the seller’s preferred buyer to lose the deal.

Cash payments would lose their importance because the transaction would already be completed transparently on the portal at the fair market price. No outsider would have any reason to pay extra cash above the winning bid since the deal would already be finalized officially through the portal.

Impact on Corruption in India

Real estate has become one of the biggest channels for parking bribe money and black wealth. If every sale becomes a transparent digital public auction, this entire channel could be disrupted overnight.

Corrupt officials may stop accepting large cash bribes because there would be no practical way left to hide or invest that unaccounted money. After all, how much cash can someone realistically keep at home?
