Girls Rugby Nationals are headed to Salt Lake City on May 15–16, 2026!
With more than 30 teams from across the country expected to compete, this year’s event will be one of the biggest and most exciting showcases of girls rugby in the United States. Competition will take place across three divisions: High School, Club, and Middle School, highlighting the strength, depth, and rapid growth of the girls’ game nationwide.
More than just a championship weekend, Girls Rugby Nationals is designed to celebrate top athletes, create meaningful exposure to college recruiters and national team scouts, and continue building a visible pathway for the next generation of players. Hosted at the Salt Lake Regional Athletic Complex in Utah, the tournament will bring together elite competition, community, and opportunity on a true national stage.
This year’s event also carries a powerful message: “Choose Brave. Choose Her”, a call to action that reflects the courage of every athlete who steps on the field and the continued investment in girls rugby across the country.
