Yes here it is guys :)

1-wake up washing my face
2-drink water
Breakfast: eggs with a toast and salad
Lunch:egg with some veggies
Dinner:only salad

Between meals if I feel hungry I would recommend you three to eat “apple or any fruit y’all like “
And also before eating any meal drink WATER first !

I always go out for a 59 mins of walk , more like a hour
And I always go to swim for 2 hours
And then every night I brush my teeth two times
And then exercise my daily nights ❤️

(Also for meals , I always eat a bite first , chew it for 20 mins , till my brain takes it that im eating , and then after two or three bites I get full )😀❤️
