My weekend shift is almost over! 😅 Some of you may not know this — but I still do inpatient hospital work even though I have a concierge practice. Why? Because inpatient and outpatient medicine are completely different worlds. And honestly? I still love it. The sleep deprivation. Running on adrenaline. Rushing to emergency deliveries. Laughing and learning alongside my OB/GYN and nursing colleagues.
But beyond the adrenaline — staying current with hospital guidelines makes me a BETTER concierge pediatrician. It means I can confidently guide my families before, during and after a hospitalization — not just in the office or at home. Two different worlds! #PediatricWorks#AtlantaMoms
