Will i overlook the errors and pay my hard earned money for low quality? This is a premium looking store with low grade stuffs. I guess no matter how perfect the store is, what I'm there to buy is what matters after all.
π» This is an imaginary example of what will happen when you pay more attention to how you appear and how your business appears, but you slack down on excellence. Excellence can not be overlooked. Quality of your products or services can not be shoved aside. These are what make the real beauty of your business and not the packaging.
πΊοΈ'Packaging' is good, but will the customer come back or refer more people based on what you offer them?
π» A good restaurant, for example, is not about the aesthetics, but the good taste. Aesthetics count, people will take pictures, etc,but one bad review will send it all crashing like a pack of flimsy cards.
