As per law a wife can clam maintenance to her husband during seperation or divorce.
these are the main point to get maintenance under Cr.Pc:
1) if the wife is unable to maintain herself
2) husband refuses to maintain his wife
3) husband is an able bodied person
4) husband is financially capable

A wife can claim any amount from her husband as maintenance but as per law a magistrate, upon proof of neglect or refusal, ( husband) order to make a allowance for the maintenance of his wife, *as such magistrate think fit*

So don't spread rumors and don't believe the rumor that you have to give 70 percent of your property to your spouse after divorce or separation.

শুভ সকাল, আমি ইউটিউবে নতুন ,তাই এই কমিউনিটি অপশন টাই যে পোস্ট করা যাই জানতাম না। যাইহোক এটা আমার প্রথম পোস্ট। আমার দেখা পুরুলিয়ার অযোধ্যা পাহাড়ের সব থেকে সুন্দর ও শান্তির জাইগা, যেটি "মুরুগুমা ভিউ পয়েন্ট ( সুইসাইড পইন্ট) নামে পরিচিত। আমি এই নিয়ে ৪ বার পুরুলিয়ায় এসেছি আর প্রত্যেক বার এখানে এসেছি, তার মধ্যে তো ২ বার বর্ষাতে। তবে বর্ষার সময় এখানে প্রকৃতি যে সুন্দর্য ধারণ করে তা অন্য সময় ততো টা করে না। আপনি কি এখানে এসেছেন?
