GenX white dude born and raised in DC - I tend to post mostly #bootleg recordings from lots of different kinds of #liveMusic from lots of different venues in and around the #WashingtonDC area, gravitating towards small venues, #blues #bluesRock #funk #electricGuitar #brass with the odd #gogo #ska #bluegrass or #country thrown in. I like close proximity or a balcony perch, but I don't do photo passes - I'm a fan in a regular spot. And I'm not trying for a professional capture - it's just my Pixel 9 catching open air sound and whatever sight line exists for me at the show. I've been known to cut the beginnings, ends and sometimes middles of songs.

One of my favorite bands ‪@LarkinPoe‬ winning a well-deserved Americana Music Award, presented by one of my other favorite bands ‪@thelonebellow‬ and performing the track from their upcoming Bloom album that Rebecca said "we'll play it just for you" at Slash's SERPENT Festival show in Cary NC this past Summer.
