Power FTP (For The People) is a private independent investment initiative that aims to design and build Baltimore’s future leaders. With an emphasis on character, work ethic, and educational development, Power FTP intends to change the culture within the Baltimore community for the better.

Power is led by individuals whose mission is to make positive contributions to the community in which they live. They understand the obstacles encountered by youth and what needs to be done to remove those obstacles.

Education, character, work ethic, and confidence, are the levers to uplift the Baltimore Community. Work must be guided by intelligence. The youth today must be tutored in thought and culture.

The education of the community is worth more than the money.

‪@powerftp‬The next generation of consequential global leaders will be built in the CLASSROOM. This school year and onward we must COMMIT OURSELVES TO ACADEMIC SUPREMACY. We as a community must challenge ourselves to ensure that our youth will be equipped to compete in this new paradigm: A Cognitive War. We cannot just pray for our next generation of leaders. WE MUST TRAIN THEM. Train them for mastery of critical thinking in economics, physics, medicine, law and strategic deterrence. There is no cavalry coming, so we must be the architects and engineer our position in global dominant power.

When we pick up that video game, other cultures around the world are studying. When we are playing with balls, other cultures around the world are refining their minds. When we are watching TV, other cultures around the world are planning our future for their benefit. We must go and seize back our rightful spot on the throne of Global affairs.

Our message to the community is this: Do not be interested in the crumbs. Don’t even be interested in the cake. Your focus and your goal should be about owning the bakery.
In the words of General Garvey “The man who is not able to develop and use his mind is bound to be the slave of the other man who uses his mind.”
