Over on our @craftwithfelicia YouTube channel, we got early access to the brand new xTool M2 ahead of its May 27 launch — and this machine seriously impressed us.
This isn’t just another laser engraver.
The xTool M2 can cut, engrave, and print — all from one machine. That combination opens up a ton of possibilities for makers, creators, and small businesses looking to streamline their workflow and expand what they can create.
We’ve been putting it to the test, and we’ll be dropping multiple hands-on review videos starting May 27 on our YouTube channel.
Want a sneak peek first? Check this out: youtube.com/shorts/IMA_XSdB9H...
If you’re into creative tech, laser projects, customization, or maker tools, you’re going to want to see this one.

Royal Caribbean's Perfect Day Mexico CANCELLED. I'd build this in Florida. Port Canaveral is awful!

ALCOHOL BAN IN THE BAHAMAS???
The Bahamas is implementing a nationwide ban on alcohol sales and distribution on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to coincide with the country's general election. This temporary restriction, which aims to maintain order during polling hours, applies to all public areas, including popular cruise ports like Nassau and Grand Bahama, as well as private cruise destinations like Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day at CocoCay and Disney’s Castaway Cay. While some cruise lines, such as Norwegian, are adjusting their itineraries to visit these ports on different days, others like Royal Caribbean will proceed as scheduled but without alcohol service at their private islands. This has led to frustration among passengers with beverage packages, though impacted lines have begun offering refunds or onboard credits as compensation.

🚢 Got Meta Ray-Bans? Better know the rules before you sail. Two major cruise lines have now cracked down on smart glasses — and the policies aren't identical, so pay attention.
MSC Cruises was first and remains the strictest. You can bring them onboard, but you can't wear 'em in any public area — no pool deck, no dining room, no theater, no lounge. Cabin only. What's the point of bringing them at all — unless you're filming your feet for OnlyFans in your cabin. Get caught wearing them out in the wild and staff can confiscate them.
What's really comical is just a few months ago, I noticed MSC sells Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses in their freakin' onboard stores. And I have Ray-Ban Meta video to prove it. No, they did not confiscate my glasses on that January 2026 cruise. But enforcement has probably ramped up since then, so don't chance it.
Royal Caribbean followed suit in early 2026, but with a more targeted approach. Smart glasses are restricted in specific privacy- and security-sensitive areas — restrooms, the casino, medical areas, youth program spaces, spas, crew areas, and anywhere with a reasonable expectation of privacy. Outside those zones, you're generally fine. The Captain and Chief Security Officer are both authorized to confiscate them if you're caught filming in a restricted area. This semi-ban does apply to Celebrity Cruises as well.
And if your smart glasses are also your prescription glasses, Royal Caribbean's policy specifically tells you to bring a backup non-smart pair.
Carnival brands have restrictions primarily around security areas and gangway operations but is still more permissive than either MSC or Royal Caribbean.
And there are reports that Disney Cruise Lines is entertaining the possibility of integrating smart glasses into their onboard experience.
So you can see this entire situation is just silly.
The reasoning behind all of it doesn't really make sense when you think about it, since there's a huge glaring LED light that flips on when recording with the glasses. Recording wide-angle video with your phone held up as if you're doomscrolling is a lot less obvious. We've all done it.
Anywho, if you're sailing MSC or Royal Caribbean and smart glasses are part of your daily life — whether for sight, translation, accessibility, or content creation — plan accordingly. The MSC and RC policy exists whether you agree with it or not.
Tag someone who needs to know this before their next sailing. 👇

Spirit Airlines is officially gone. The airline that charged you to breathe recycled air and called it a deal has finally, mercifully, landed for the last time.
Rest in peace to the only carrier where the ticket was the cheap part. You got us there. Technically.
Their slogan was “Less Money. More Go.” Turns out there wasn’t enough of either.
Thirty million people a year flew Spirit knowing full well what Spirit was. That’s not a customer base. That’s a support group.
Fly in peace, big yellow bird. The baggage fee is waived. Finally.
🟡✈️ — Were you a Spirit survivor? Tell me your worst flight in the comments. This is a safe space. Unlike Spirit’s overhead bins.

We're thinking about doing a weekly live broadcast talking all things cruise. Serious questions, money saving tips, little known tricks, and of course, the normal silliness. Two questions:
1. Would you be interested in this, or are podcasts a worthless waste of time?
2. If so, when's the best day and time?
Thanks all!
