We’re twin sisters learning to ride and loving every minute of it! 🐴✨ Join us as we trot, canter (and sometimes tumble!) our way through the wonderful world of ponies.

Our pony squad includes the cheeky Wicket 🐾, the gentle Marcus 🐎, and the magical Fairy 🦄 – and together we’re learning everything from grooming and tacking up to jumping little fences and going on countryside hacks!
We’re just getting started on our pony adventure, and every day is full of giggles, learning, and a little bit of mud! ☀️💨 From pony club fun to riding lessons and lazy days in the field, there’s always something happening.

Not the afternoon we imagined after such a lovely start to the day.

The girls both jumped amazingly in the workers classes and each won their classes, so we headed over to the fun in-hand ring for a little go in Tiny Tots Young Handler.
Sadly, Penny was then kicked by another competitor’s pony in a class designed for very young children (Tiny Tots Handler – handlers aged 4 to under 8). Knowing a pony is a kicker and removing the red ribbon from its tail, especially in a children’s class, is just beyond belief.
We are incredibly lucky Penny was kicked in the hip and not the head. There is nothing more terrifying than seeing your child on the ground not moving after being kicked.
Please, please be mindful of others at shows. Club shows are meant to be fun and enjoyable for everyone, especially the children. Safety should always come first.
Penny is very lucky and should be okay, but we are currently sat in A&E waiting for X-rays.
A really horrible end to what started as such a lovely day. 💔

Happy 7th Birthday Tabby & Penny 🎂🎈
Seven years ago our little miracles arrived early at just 34 weeks by emergency C-section. It was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, but also the beginning of the most incredible journey.
Penny was born at 03:59am, measuring 33cm and weighing 1450g. She needed lots of extra health checks and care, but she has always been an absolute little fighter… just look at her now 💕
Then came Tabby at 04:00am, measuring 40cm and weighing 2220g. She was bigger, stronger, and much more developed than her sister from the very start 💕
Both girls spent their first 5 weeks in intensive care, and I’ll never forget how hard those days were. I’m forever grateful to all the amazing staff at Wythenshawe Hospital for the care they gave us.
Most of all, I’m proud of myself too. Looking back, I really struggled and had hardly any help, but we got through it together.
Now here we are… 7 years later, with two strong, happy, pony-mad girls who make us proud every single day. Happy Birthday my beautiful Tabby & Penny 🥳🐴💕
