Journey With Us

✈️ You've watched 300 YouTube videos and still don't know which country is actually right for you…. (Ughhh)

And it's 1:47am.

Again.

The blue light from your screen is the only thing lighting up the room.

Everyone else in the house is asleep. But you're here. Tabs open. Notes app full. A half-cold cup of tea on the nightstand you forgot about an hour ago.

☀️You started tonight with Ghana.
By 9pm you were convinced.

The food. The culture. The familiarity. This is it. This is the one.

⚡️By 10pm someone in the comments said the bureaucracy will eat you alive if you don't know the right people.

So you pivoted.

🌤️By 10:45 you were deep in a Portugal thread. Low crime. Great healthcare. EU access.
Then someone replied — "but the cost of living has tripled since 2021."

Pivot.

🌚By midnight you were watching a couple — 34 years old, no kids, matching linen sets — tell you that Bali changed their lives.

Beautiful footage.

Gorgeous sunsets.

You felt something for about six minutes.

Then you remembered 🧠

You're not 34. You have a pension to protect. A medical history that matters. Assets that took you decades to build.

🏝️ Bali wasn't built for what you're carrying.
So now it's 1:47am and you're back to square one.

—-> Except it's not square one — it's worse.

📚 Because now you have more information and less clarity than you did three months ago…

You close the laptop.

You sit in the dark for a second.

And the thought that creeps in — the one you don't say out loud — is:

🥹What if I never actually do this?🥹

Not because you don't want to.

——> You want to more than almost anything.

But because every time you get close to a decision, another video, another Reddit thread, another "expat horror story" pulls the rug from under you.

And nobody in your life really gets it.

Your sister thinks you're going through something.

Your kids are supportive — but nervous.

Your friends smile and say "that sounds amazing" and change the subject.

So you carry it alone.

The research.

The doubt.

The dream.

————————>The fear that you'll make the wrong move and burn everything you spent a lifetime building.

Here's what I need you to hear 👂🏾

You don't have a research problem.

You have a strategy problem.

The videos were never going to get you there. They weren't designed to. They were designed to keep you watching.

What you actually need is someone to look at your life — your health, your income, your assets, your timeline, your non-negotiables — and tell you with clarity:

This🕊️ is your country.

Here's why.

🫶🏾Here's how. Here's what to do next.
Not a vibe.

Not a trend.
Not a thumbnail.
A plan.

🔥Cohort 9 begins May 31st at 2pm EST.
Five spots. That's it. (And there’s only ONE left as of 05/28)

🫶🏾And if you're the kind of person who's still awake at 1:47am trying to figure this out alone —
this was built for you.

Journey With Us

———-> 🗺️ Proven. Selective. Grounded in Reality.**

Since August 2025, every cohort but one has sold out completely.

That alone should tell you something.

This isn't about beaches, vibes, or finding the cheapest place to live (although we enjoy a 60% lower cost of living than America)

🫱🏾‍🫲🏿This is global mobility strategy — built around residency security, tax efficiency, healthcare access, and geopolitical risk.

You're past the "cheapest option" thinking.

You want a plan that saves you thousands, protects your assets, and lets you live with dignity, legality, and peace of mind.

📊 **The reality:**
- 73% of Americans 50–65 want to retire abroad. Fewer than 12% actually do — most stall from poor guidance or misinformation.
- Healthcare abroad can cost 70% less, yet many overspend by choosing the wrong country.
- Visa denials and international scams have hit record highs for Americans relocating post-2020.

The desire is there.

🥲Execution is where most people fail.

Without strategy, people end up locked out of Social Security access, buying property illegally, or paying thousands to unqualified "relocation coaches" with nothing to show for it.

Our clients come out the other side with something quieter — and far more valuable.

✈️ They stop chasing every "best country" video. They move slower, but with total confidence.

*"I finally feel grounded. I'm not guessing anymore."*

32 private clients served. Cohort 9 is open.

Journey With Us

6 YEARS In AFRICA, 3 in Mauritius • Island Days. Newborn Life. Birthdays and Expats.

Yesterday I randomly met new American couples and retirees.

Some digital nomads who just got their visas this month. Some retired who've been quietly living here for months already — like they found something golden and didn't want to make too much noise about it.

My husband walked up to someone who looked American.

Locs, the energy, the clothing — the whole thing read like home. He said hi.

Turns out he was Mauritian. Born here.

He said in a calm, almost amused tone: he never sees Americans on this island. But he's intrigued. Something is shifting.

A diaspora that looks familiar but isn't from the same place. The same roots stretched in different directions across the ocean. And yet — there was a familiarity there that didn't need an explanation.

That's island life.

Some people you meet feel like home away from home. And others are expats just like you, quietly positioning themselves in the African country ranked #1 for business.

Nobody back home told us this was possible. We were never shown that there was a version of life where you could raise a newborn, celebrate birthdays, build something real and do it somewhere that actually makes you feel alive.

***Most people don't find out until it's too late, or until someone in their feed quietly shows them it exists.

That's what I'm here for.

I just published a new piece on exactly why so many Americans are feeling the pull to leave — and what they find when they finally do.

(As I write this reflection im forced to take in the beauty around me. Lavender purple flowers drapes and intertwined with yellow ones, birds chirping, the villa pool humming, and a freedom I can’t quite place into words)

Journey With Us

THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTION:

💼 Smart retirees, nomads & founders are no longer asking:

“How do I make more money?”

They’re asking:

“How do I legally keep more of what I earn?” 👀

The global economy has entered a new era.
Higher taxes.

Greater surveillance (Hello, AI super surveillance state!)

More pressure on entrepreneurs, retirees, and investors.

🙂And quietly, a growing number of globally-minded families are repositioning themselves through:

• Residency diversification
• Territorial tax systems
• Asset protection structures
• International banking
• Long-term mobility planning
Not to “escape.”
To stabilize. 🧭

Mauritius, Seychelles, Cabo Verde, Rwanda, Namibia, Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt are all becoming part of a larger conversation around:

✔️ global mobility
✔️ investor-friendly ecosystems
✔️ export incentives
✔️ long-term wealth preservation

But here’s the truth most people miss:

A “tax-friendly country” means nothing without:

• proper residency strategy
• banking structure
• healthcare planning
• flight access
• legal compliance
• geopolitical awareness

That’s why we created the Mature Adult Intensive.

A private strategic intensive for serious adults, founders, retirees, and globally-minded families preparing for the next decade with clarity instead of panic.

✈️ Residency

🏦 Banking

🌍 Safe jurisdictions

🛡️ Asset protection

📍Long-term positioning before 2027
Applications for the next cohort are now open.

Journey With Us

A MENTEE TEXTED ME…

Shes traveling Southern Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa

& she thought back to Write Your Way to Revenue 2023..

Since then, she's booked clients, been hired by my firm, and is expanding and getting residency with her company..

This is what is 100% necessary to get started…

🧠🏓The writer website: your quiet employee that never sleeps

A writer without a website is like a shop with no door.

People can want you… and still not know how to enter.

Your website isn’t about being fancy.

It’s about being findable, trustworthy, and bookable.

A good writer website does three things:

tells people what you do in one breath

proves you can do it (without begging for belief)

gives them a next step that doesn’t feel like a maze

And no—your website does not need “perfect copy.”

It needs clear copy.

Journey With Us

I COULDN’T GET THIS OUT OF MY MIND 🧠

Black wealth is sitting at $3,000 while American white wealth is $100,000 higher.

At the same time, we are making more money, buying more houses than ever before so what changed?

One word: Knowledge.

Just like the football players who make millions and go broke.

Wealth without knowledge on retaining it is just a means to and end.

Wealth retention comes in a few forms:

A. Make more

B. Save more

C. Own and invert more

And if the builder doesn’t build on the laws of Yah he builds in vain.

So, what do we do?

#1 Establish yourself and your business through a high caliber skill like writing. (If you don’t like writing sorry but this ain’t for you 😉)

Master your portfolio and get in room with other freelancers of all nationalities… www.tiffygwrites.ai/

Market like your are coming with a vengeance- rain or shine in ALL seasons you need to communicate with buyers.

If not? That 0 number could be your future…

Here’s what I’m doing to combat that.

A precious alumni in Write Your Way to Revenue told me her husband is now ready to join the business and become a copywriter..

Another alumni travels South Africa, Tanzania and Kenya with their family while sharing film tips (that’s their niche)

And another, Jessica ended up in Costa Rica working with local businesses after our high touch 1:1 3 Month container.

This is why Write Your Way to Revenue the 22nd edition has to return.

It’s personal.

Here’s your invite to a better life with writing ✍🏾
