This Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake combines the perfect ratio of cream cheese and mascarpone cheese to reduce acidity and creating a more delicate texture. Using 70% dark chocolate that gives a strong chocolate flavour and bitter sweet note and a silky texture. Topped with rich dark chocolate ganache, this cake offers a delightful taste experience.
