Channeled Message From Spirit: July 16, 2026
Humanity is moving through one of the most significant shifts in consciousness we have experienced in this lifetime.
Many of you can already feel it.
Some describe it as standing between worlds.
Some experience waves of joy followed by unexpected emotion.
Others notice old memories, relationships, fears, or identities suddenly returning.
Some feel inspired one moment and emotionally stretched the next.
Nothing has gone wrong.
Your consciousness has expanded.
And every time your consciousness leaps forward, anything that is no longer in harmony with your new level of awareness naturally rises into your energetic field.
Not to punish you.
Not to delay you.
Not because you are moving backwards.
It rises because it is now ready to be seen, loved, forgiven, and guided back into the Light.
This is recalibration.
This process is not automatic.
It invites conscious participation.
Every now moment offers you the opportunity to consciously choose alignment.
To ask yourself:
"What would my Higher Self choose?"
Not any of the following:
"What does my fear choose?"
"What does my conditioning choose?"
"What feels familiar?"
But...
What would my Higher Self choose?
Because every time you consciously choose your Higher Self...
You strengthen your relationship with Source.
As your Higher Self embodies more fully within your physical body...
Your vibration naturally changes.
Your nervous system, emotional body, physical body, and perception recalibrates.
This is why many people feel as though they are living between two realities.
One reality is familiar.
It is built from memory, habit, conditioning, and fear.
The other is your NOW Reality.
The reality your Higher Self is already living in.
The reality where your creative field has already embraced everything you have launched through your experiences.
The 5D Earth is not simply a destination somewhere outside of you.
It is a vibrational reality that becomes accessible through persistent, devoted alignment.
Each now moment offers another opportunity to become coherent with that reality.
Not through effort or striving.
But through embodiment.
When you call your Higher Self fully into your body...
When you choose your heart over your human mind...
When you allow trust to replace the need for proof...
You naturally become a vibrational match to Source-aligned realities.
The High Heart is the access point, the point of stillness.
The space between heartbeats.
The place where your UNIQUE frequency as a fractal of Source becomes available.
The place where your Higher Self and your physical self merge.
From this place...
You no longer react to what has already manifested.
You begin creating from what is ALREADY BECOMING.
The better it gets, The better it gets.
Not because life no longer presents opportunities for expansion.
But because as you consciously embody your Higher Self...
Your relationship with life changes.
You begin trusting your body, your heart, your emotions, your intuition.
You begin trusting yourself!
You no longer experience contrast as something that has gone wrong.
You recognize it as an invitation to expand even further.
And then,
the better it gets,
the better it gets.
Because every conscious choice strengthens your persistent, devoted alignment with your Higher Self.
And for those who continue abandoning themselves...
Leaving the body...
Returning to the human mind...
Suppressing emotions...
Ignoring the wisdom of the body...
Or trying to think their way into peace...
The old ways begin to feel increasingly uncomfortable.
Not because consciousness is punishing them.
Not because Source has withdrawn its love.
But because the higher frequencies now available illuminate what no longer serves.
The old strategies of stuffing emotions down...
Avoiding forgiveness,
ignoring the body's messages,
or seeking safety through control,
no longer provides the relief they once seemed to offer.
Light naturally reveals what is ready to return to love.
Everything that no longer serves your highest timeline naturally rises into awareness.
Not to torture you, stagnate you or because you are failing.
But to be loved, understood, and forgiven.
And to be guided back into the Light.
The awakened souls are summoning Solar light from their Inner Beings!
Solar activity, cosmic plasma,
Gaia's continual evolution, and the incoming crystalline frequencies,
all support our remembrance.
But they do not create our alignment.
They amplify whatever relationship we are already cultivating with ourselves.
If we choose fear...
Fear becomes easier to perceive.
If we choose trust...
Trust becomes easier to embody.
If we choose love...
Love becomes easier to recognize.
If we choose embodiment...
Our Higher Self becomes easier to hear.
The incoming Light is not deciding your experience.
It is amplifying the relationship you already have with yourself.
Every now moment offers a choice.
Will I choose presence...
Or unconsciousness?
Will I choose my Higher Self...
Or my conditioning?
Will I choose trust...
Or the need for proof?
Will I choose faith...
Or certainty?
Will I choose alignment...
Or resistance?
Every one of those choices strengthens the reality you experience.
Humanity is not being separated.
Humanity is choosing.
Each soul is choosing, in every now moment, the vibrational reality it wishes to participate in.
Some will choose persistent, devoted alignment with their Higher Self.
Others will continue choosing familiar patterns until they are ready for something different.
There is no judgment.
Only choice.
Only expansion.
Only love.
Perhaps this is the greatest remembrance of all.
You have never been waiting for 5D Earth.
The 5D Earth has been waiting for you to become coherent with it.
Your Higher Self has never stopped choosing you and has never stopped broadcasting to you.
Your body has never stopped translating Infinite intelligence.
Everything you desire has already been embraced within your creative field.
Your only invitation is to consciously participate.
To remain present.
To embody your Higher Self, to trust, have faith and choose alignment.
And perhaps, in every now moment, to simply whisper...
"I choose me."
Because when you choose yourself...
You are choosing the eternal expression of Source that has been walking beside you all along.
And every NOW moment...
That choice is available.

If you are still focused upon, taking action, and responding to what already IS in your physical reality while simultaneously believing that your consciousness is in the 5th dimension. Meaning not with you. This is the definition of NOT being in alignment. We have asked this channel to emphasize certain words here, not as us yelling but as bringing more light to where you need it most! We love you, we see exactly where you are. Are you trusting and receiving our light?
Everything in your current physical reality has already manifested and was realized (brought into physical form through your focus and attention). You can use this manifested information to identify your DESIRES, or you can use the things you don't desire, giving it your focus and attention, keeping yourself on an OLD UNDESIRED timeline. In each NOW moment NEW timelines become available to you, we know which WE would choose do you??
You are NOT SEPARATE from your consciousness, you are in fact consciousness focused into physical form. Your Source and your Higher Self Only focus ONLY upon your DESIRES. Physical you must consciously choose alignment through embodiment of your Higher Self. Embodiment of your Higher Self allows you access to unlimited timelines, with each timeline offering a unique reality that can play out... That is until your consciousness jumps forward and you get to choose another and another and another in each new NOW moment. You are and always will be energy in motion.
The tiniest shift in focus off of the old, manifested timeline immediately puts you into alignment with different outcomes. When you begin to consistently focus from your heart you will begin to realize more and more of your desires that already exist in your creative field. Do not rush, do not panic dear ones. Time is not linear, it is circular so when you release human deadlines, your nervous system can relax and you can prioritize your feelings. Everything that you desire in human form was carefully placed in your heart by your Higher Self BEFORE it focused you into form.
You are that POWERFUL. You ARE the power that focused universes into form, and you came here during The Great Awakening to REALIZE the 5D reality into form. Your Inner Being already knows this! Are you ready to trust and have faith in your power? Are you devoted to Co-creation with your Higher Self?
And it is here that we have buried the lead as you say, but it was important for us to set the scene. We would like to insert a cosmic drum roll here... Co-creation and realizing the 5th dimension into your current physical reality is here NOW! And this is where Patty will ask, “Where do you think I’ve been standing this whole time!!?”
Your Higher Self broadcasts to you NON-STOP through your 5D radio station. Therefore when you are fully in your body, you can see, here, and feel clues, inspiration, and impulse.
However, when you go into your head, the space that Patty calls your Noodle Soup Factory, Looking for PROOF that what you desire already exists, when you are attempting to use LOGIC (the opposite of spirituality), when you are being PRACTICAL or standing 10 toes down on “this IS my reality” and then you say “I have been trying and trying to get to the place you are describing as the 5th dimension but I never seem to get there!”
We say, WE KNOW! And you are correct, you can't get HERE (the 5th dimension) from THERE which is your human mind. And you can’t HEAR us or our messages and guidance because your 5D radio TURNS OFF when you go into your human mind. We LOVE YOU.
The 5th dimension is a reality that you FEEL your way into. You are SENTIENT beings. Your emotions are your divine guidance system. They show you clearly if you are out of alignment and lacking trust and faith. They also show you when you are IN ALIGNMENT with faith, trust, and devotion.
VIBRATION precedes MANIFESTATION, it is Universal law. By practicing the vibration of that which you desire to bring into physical form is how you create your reality. Are you consciously aware of the vibration you are choosing right now, today in your physical shoes?
We chose this time to bring you this message as all of humanity is experiencing a massive shift in consciousness. We have come here today to guide you into alignment with pure Source love and light. And where you go from here, in each now moment, as a sovereign being, you get to choose!
