Welcome to your running vlog channel!
Ich bin Franzi und nehme euch mit, wenn es in verschiedene Städte und Länder geht, um dort einen Marathon oder Halbmarathon zu laufen. Immer wieder findet ihr in meinen Vlogs Tipps für euer Training und ganz viel Food Inspiration, aber natürlich auch mein tägliches Training und wie ich mit meinen Laufverletzungen umgehe.
Jeden Dienstag und jeden Donnerstag lade ich ein Video um jeweils 18 Uhr für euch hoch :)

we arrived - 22.000 steps on the first day was I little bit too much I guess 🙆🏽♀️ already editing the 1st day of the vlog so I can upload it before the marathon on Sunday 🙏🏽
