Hello dear ones 🤍

I wanted to share a small, honest update. We’ve been caught in another wave of illness, and it has taken more out of me than I expected. These past weeks have been slower and more fragile than planned.

I am working on a new video — it’s already unfolding — but I’m moving through it much more slowly than I had hoped. I’ve realized again how important it is for me to create from a place of inspiration and inner calm, rather than from pressure or fear of “falling behind.” That never leads to the kind of work I truly want to share with you.

If all goes well, the new video should be ready next week.

I also just want to say how deeply grateful I am for every single person who has recently found this little corner, and for those of you who return again and again, who watch quietly, who leave kind words, who share pieces of your own hearts in the comments. It means more to me than you probably know.
