The public is hereby warned about "Kittly / L&C Group of Companies", owned by Loraine Paula Bautista-Saliva from Tibig, Bulacan for involvement in a large-scale Investment Scam amounting to P400-million.
Victims have reported that Loraine Bautista-Saliva defrauded more than 300 individuals in their group through a fraudulent "Partner-Investing Business".
The individual reportedly promised investors a 7-10% monthly Return-on-Investment (ROI), which has since been revealed as a Ponzi scheme. Bautista-Saliva further aggravated the situation by refusing all forms of communication blocking most of its victims in messenger and mobile calls, an act of evasion thatβalongside the use of deceptive investment promises. Beware, this individual is actively seeking its next victims.
