So this is how a perfectly optimised engine and carburettor's tuning look... There's hardly any residue on the Spark plugs and they look so clean when I recently took them out for service. In order to attain this condition: 1. The Piston, piston rings and complete crank assembly must in the proper and ideal working condition. 2. The Valves must be working properly and there must be no wearing of valves which leads to the loss of compression. 3. The tappets must be set to specified clearance and the cam shaft assembly should be in ideal working condition. 4. The air box and air filter must be clean. 5. The most important part : Carburettor, must be in ideal condition with no leaks, no cracks and properly tuned mixture screw.
In this condition, my bike is giving optimum performance and the mileage is around 60 kms per litre. 🤟🏻
